We Welcome Drop-Ins But We Have A Few Rules!

  • All drop-ins are “cash only”.
  • With the purchase of t-shirt, cardio drop-ins are $35, without t-shirt $12. Group training drop-in and 24hr passes are $30. If you need extra days, we will prorate you a price.
  • All drop-ins must have an extra pair of clean (bottom of sole) workout shoes in hand at the door! Due to covid, a mask must be worn and temperature taken to enter the studio.
  • Our doors lock 2 minutes before class begins and doors will not open until the class is completed. Please be on time.
  • Upon arrival, all visitors must sign a waiver form.
